WOK IT!
A little healthy food – inspo for you guys.
It`s getting colder and today I felt for something warm, spicy, healthy and light! So I decided to make a WOK ala my own style!!!!
Cocosa Extra Virgin Coconut fat! + garlic, onion and chilli! Put it all together in a frying pan for a couple of minutes.
Chilli – to kill all unnecessary energy and to keep the flue away!!!

some fillet if you are not a veggie person. I felt for meat tonight even it`s not good for your digestion. Take chicken or pork if you are ok with the pork meat. All white or light meat is much better for your health and system!
Himalaya Salt & spices! You can add some oyster of fish saus or a bit of soya.
Mmmm.. let it fry for 7 minutes and Voila!
Ready.. Steady …
