Super green smoothie with Chlorella, Spirulina, Purely Greens and Lecithin! Mmmmm!!
I am so lucky to be a Supernature Ambassador and use all these greens in my everyday meals.
Purely Greens MAX is my #1 Favourite! It goes in all I can use it to; smoothies, porridge, oat meals, juices, water etc.
Coconut butter is my second favourite! Can´t live without one! I use it in foods, as a cream or lotion or even to remove my make up! <3
My smoothie recipe I want to share with you: Easy Peasy One:
Avacoado, Frozen Berries, Spinach, Banana, 50% juice and 50% water, coconut butter, and greens! Add whatever you prefer. Spirulina, Chlorella, Purely greens MAX, Afa Alge, Kamut, etc.. The Choice is YOURS!
I usually add Lecithin in my smoothies to make it more fat. This kind of fat is not the same fat as you`ll find in meet and butter. Lecithin is actually a FAT BURNER and keeps your hunger in chess.
Mmmm! Top your smoothie with some favourite snacks.. Mine is with bee – pollen and goji berries!! Yummy!
