Okay guys.. for a week ago I was in Stavanger STVG with JUICY boyz to check out Landstreff “festival for graduating students” called RUSS2012! Check it out here! 

It was so fun and hilarious to see that it is 10 years ago I graduated as Russ.:)

 So this first day I Chilled out Backstage with JUICY & DREAMON.. and then all were ready for the performance set! 

LS12 festival is actually like a MINI COACHELLA with a huge line UP:  SKRILLEX (US), LMFAO (US), AVICII (SE), CALVIN HARRIS (UK), TINIE TEMPAH (UK), BERNHOFT (NO), KARPE DIEM (NO), DJ VICE (US), ROSS ONE (US), JUICY (NO), A-LAGET (NO), MADEON (FR), NICKY ROMERO (NL) +++ many more..

I går kveld spilte en norsk bruker av WiMP tjenestens stream nummer 1 000 000 000. Låta som ble spilt av er også norsk, og tilhører sangeren Alexandra Joner, som er aktuell med den nye singelen “Sunrise”. Det er også denne låta som fikk æren av å være WiMP-spilling nummer en milliard.

”Dette er veldig gøy og stas! Både at det var låten min “Sunrise” som ble nr 1 milliard stream, og at det skj edde nettopp på WiMP. I tillegg er jeg veldig glad for at låten raskt fikk så fin plassering og også beveger seg oppover på WiMP listen”, sier Alexandra Joner.

Sunrise” gikk inn på WiMP Topp 20 allerede den første uka singelen var tilgjengelig, og beveger seg nå oppover på lista.

”Dette er en morsom milepæl for WiMP, vi er i kraftig vekst og tallene fortsetter jevnt oppover. Det er også morsomt at det var en norsk artist og en norsk bruker som stod for stream nummer en milliard, foreløpig er jo WiMP også størst i Norge,” sier Sveinung Rindal i WiMP-redaksjonen.

I går ble også regnskapstallene for første kvartal for eierselskapet Aspiro offentliggjort, og der stod det klart at omsettingen fra WiMP nesten er tredoblet fra samme kvartal i fjor. I tillegg ble det også kjent at 200 000 kunder av Canal Digital nå er WiMP-brukere. Totalt har WiMP over 350 000 brukere fordelt på fire land.
