My Protein shake..


Who would have thought that I would start this healthyprogram and work out twice a week with my personal trainer as well as work out 3 more times by my own..????
Oh yes.. Thats Me baby! All in! Hello new LIfe, Hello Wedding, Hello new body?! Yeah! So into it!
My “after work – out” shake contains: spinach, kiwi, a little bit of Apple Juice (may be replaced with water) & 1 spoon of Hamp Protein Shake from Supernature!
