Yesterday I`ve asked my friend Molly if she had some new inspiring dinner tips. And she came up with this lovely recipe!!!! Raw Salmon with wasabi, leek & cabbage <3
Healthy, light and very hearty!
Cut some leek for the flavor.
Cut the cabbage som it is easy to handle.
Prepare the ingredients!! You need Creme Fraiche Light, Soya, Raw Salmon, Himalaya Salon, Coconut fat, Wasabi & Sesame seeds.
Cut the salmon into dices and add sesame & wasabi mix.
add a tea spoon of himalaya salt for the cabbage water.
Remember not to overcook! Max 5 – 6 min!
after 2-3 min, add your sauce. 1/2 box of Creme Fraishe + Soya! (taste so it won`t be too salt)
