So many people ask me for my OatMeal Recipy.. SO here it goes, pretty easy:
2 spoons of Oatmeal
1 teaspoon of Honey
some seeds, sunfowerseeds, flaxseeds, pumpkinseeds..
few dried cranberries and nuts (depends on your taste)
+ HOT boiled Water

let it stay for a couple of minutes and top it up with some Fresh Kiwi & Blueberries.
