Be Inspired by Supernature!


For a week ago, I popped by Supernature to meet Sara Chacko and ended up (again) with a lot of supplements to be more healthier and more beautiful from the inside!
Supersmoothie book – is a perfect Inspiration if you are running out of the ideas, like me..


so this Lovely Superwoman – Sara Chacko gave me a program to follow;
Day start: 1 spoon of Purely Greens & 1 spoon of Chlorella – mixed with water..

Wola!! Shaked & Ready!
Breakfast (30 min later) – 1 spoon Rice Bran, 2 spoons Purely Protein, 1 spoon LICETHIN, 1 spoon of coconut fat & mixed berries with water or some juice.

For the dinner – no matter what you make – USE Extra Virgin Cocos oil/fat. It is so much healthier than butter and it keeps your digestion in system & helps you burn fat because Coconut is a superfood in a class by itself & it contains saturated fat what is good for your body!

Mineral Himalayan salt is also a MUST! Do not use too much salt in your food generally.. It keeps all bad chemicals in your system..The amount of salt you eat has a direct effect on your blood pressure. Salt makes your body hold on to water… and your body NEED to cleanse and detox!

Wola!! Healthy chicken Salad for dinner! (I am not a veggie.. so I still eat chicken & meat!) LOL!
