SUSHIFREDAG <3 SUSHIFRIDAY it is <3  So it is Friday guys and its time for Sushi. After my juicing time - the body was SO ready to have some healthy and easy meal and Sushi was the right choice. I love raw food and now it is so easy to make it at home, so I dedicated my Friday to Fish and homemaking sushi <3

So to make it at home, all you need is:  - Your Fav choice of fish or shellfish  - Sushi rice  - Rice vinegar  - Nori algae // Noritang  - Sushi bamboo mat - Greens and fruits as Avacado, mango, cucumber  etc - Wasabi  - Sushi ginger - Chopsticks  There you go! More on  GODFISK.NO

I adore Lobster, so my sushi maki had to have LOBSTER inside.

I adore Kamchatka Crab, so my sushi maki had to have LOBSTER or King Crab inside.

And here comes my Favorites!!!  GUNKAN maki with Shrimps <3  You make a little rice ball and wrap it around noritang, and the little space you have left on top is for your fillings!! So there goes - shrimps, chili, ginger and scallions.  More on GODFISK.NO - HERE!!

Okay guys!!! I DID IT!!

First of all let me tell you how it all started. One evening me and my hubby watched this legendary documentary “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” where you can follow an Australian guy called Joe from being sick and fat to being healthy and slim – and all that by JUICING! Another thing is that Joe didn’t seamed too fat in my eyes, but people he met on his journey who were even bigger than him went through same “Juicing reboot” and became healthy and good looking and free of diseases. That is simply Inspirering! Even I see myself as a healthy girl, I still wanted to reboot my system at least for a 3 days!! This is a START and lets see when I`ll do a week or 10 days next time!

REBOOT DAILY GUIDE:
Wake up: 8 oz (250 ml) hot water with lemon and/or ginger
Breakfast : Go Orange or Red
Mid-Morning: Drink 16 oz (500 ml) coconut water Go Green
Lunch: Go Green
Afternoon snack: Go Yellow or Red
Dinner:Go Green
Dessert:Go Purple or Orange
Bedtime:Drink herbal tea
Throughout the day: Drink lots of water

Gambit prepared a nice breakfast and Cubus team had a brilliant presentation of lingerie, denim, Christmas dresses and cozy funny knitted styles inspired by America. It was a pleasure to reunite with my good Varner friends – Linda Helene Raanæs (lingerie designer), Camilla Abry (denim designer) and stylist Merete Petterson! Good work girls! Proud of you!!!
