Healthy Breakfast?!


Many of you have probably your own ways to grab a snack before work or school.. So here are some of the alternatives that works for ME!
A smoothie is always a good way to kickstart a day.. You can mix & match your own smoothie.. But I like to mix fruits and greens:
Some spinach, avacado, cucumber, blue berries, apple juice, chia seeds, bee pollen, carrot, kiwi, some ginger and fresh Mints!!

add on some frozen berries or ice to chill down your smoothie.. 🙂

Wolla!! – a healthy Smoothie is Always a WINNER!

Another alternative is a Raw Food Bar snack with Hemp Protein shake – a perfect snack after a work out!

or an Oatmeal based on water and flax seeds.

and fresh berries.. YOu can also add some bee pollen instead of sugar.

<3<3<3 Stay Healthy if you can.. (I can only during weekdays, and I destroy all I build up during my week in the weekends! But this is my choice, what is yours?)
